IT plan updates. Spoke with Town Web group. They will be sending a quote to host our website, design our website, and host our e-mail addresses. They would transfer from the current domain. Contacted Sprinter to get an e-mail quote for five addresses.
Correspondence –
Letter from the County Board of Adjustment referencing a meeting for the Gulseth property rezoning.
E-mail from the Town Attorney Michael Bauer finalizing the City of Manitowoc and the Towns of Newton and Manitowoc regarding the watermain agreement.

Budget for 2025 – Meeting held prior to this one.
Election – Nomination paperwork is due so your name can be placed on the Feb. ballot.
Correspondence –
Transmitted a letter to PSCW regarding docketed case 3320-CW-116, the watermain within the Townships of Manitowoc and Newton.
Bill from Manitowoc County for crack filling. Roughly $8,400. Bill was forwarded to the Clerk/Treasurer.
E-mail on 11-26-24 from the City of Manitowoc regarding a pre-construction meeting for the watermain. Meeting is 10:00 AM on December 11, at City Hall.
EMS Agreement with the City -
Discuss and sign the Ambulance Service Agreement from the City of Manitowoc.
